2. Personal data we collect

When you complete the contact form at /en/contacto we collect:

Name — to personalize our reply
Email — to reply to you
Message — the content of your enquiry

For each submission we also record:

IP address — anti-spam and abuse prevention
Browser user-agent — technical diagnostics
Timestamp — anti-spam (time-trap)

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used exclusively to:

Reply to your enquiry
Coordinate meetings or demos of our products
Keep a minimal record of commercial interactions

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties except processors strictly necessary to operate the service (see section 5).

4. Legal basis

Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life (Chile). Submitting the form constitutes express consent to the processing described here.

5. Third-party processors and tools

Resend (transactional email) — receives the form content to deliver it to contacto@zettavision.cl. Resend policy.
Vercel (hosting + analytics) — records basic pageview and Web Vitals events with no personally identifiable information. Vercel policy.

6. Retention

Messages received via the form are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, to maintain a commercial history.
Technical logs (IP, user-agent) are kept for up to 90 days from submission.
If you request deletion (section 7), data is destroyed within 15 business days.

7. ARCO rights

Under Law 19.628 you may exercise rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition over your personal data. To do so:

Email contacto@zettavision.cl with the subject "ARCO request".
State the right you are exercising and the affected data.
Attach an ID or other document proving your identity (for verification only; not retained).

We will respond within 15 calendar days.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses browser localStorage exclusively to remember your theme preference (light/dark). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Security

Enforced HTTPS with HSTS preload.
Email-service API keys never exposed on the client.
Rate limit + honeypot anti-spam on the form.
HTTP security headers (Content-Security-Policy, X-Frame-Options, Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy, among others).

10. Changes

This policy may be updated. The last-updated date appears at the top of the document. Substantial changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance to anyone who contacted us in the last year.
